Financial Policy

Financial arrangements are offered based on individual needs.  Do not hesitate to discuss financial arrangements with us IN ADVANCE of dental services.

PAYMENT METHODS    

Cash, Check (no two-party checks please), Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).

Payment is expected when services are provided unless PRIOR arrangements have been made.

INSURANCE ASSIGNMENT

As a courtesy to our patients we will submit services to your insurance company for you.  Our office staff “understands” Dental Insurance, and we will be glad to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits specified in your contract.  You must realize that your dental benefit program is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company; and we are not a party in that contract.  Based upon each individual contract, fees are normally, but not necessarily covered in full by the maximum allowance determined by your carrier and not all dental services are a covered benefit in all contracts.  Therefore ALL co-payments or patients’ percentages are DUE when services are provided.

INSURANCE ASSIGNMENTS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS

BECOME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PATIENT,

NO EXCEPTIONS.
